Mental health issues do not discriminate and can affect anyone, at any age and from any background. May 12th - 18th is Mental Health awareness week! As such, we're doing an organisation spotlight on Shine Bright UK.

Shine Bright UK is a fantastic not-for-profit organization based in Kingston helping people manage their mental health, improve their well-being and have a better quality of life.

They provide empowering workshops, courses, events and other activities in various venues across the borough. All their workshops and activities are inclusive and free - they cover such things as: physical exercise, healthy eating, mindfulness and connecting with others; and they also host well-being social events.
