Kingston 2025 kicks off in May - a major six-month cultural celebration to mark the 1100th anniversary of the crowning of King Athelstan, the first King of a united England, right in the heart of the town in 925.
A multitude of diverse cultural and arts events and activities will be taking place from now until October across the borough of Kingston, providing plenty for residents and visitors to see and do - large scale events, dance and music performances, art installations, film, immersive events and more.
Most activities and events are free. To see the full programme of what's happening during the jamboree, click here.
We would also like to let you know about another fantastic event taking place locally - which Save The World Club will be attending - the Good Food Fair on Saturday 14 June at Jubilee Square in New Malden.
This vibrant get-together celebrating Kingston's food production will showcase local talent, community organizations, and sustainability initiatives - all centred around the idea of eschewing supermarket fruit and veg and instead growing it yourself.
